POSITION VACANCY:  
Summer Reading Camp - Reading Coach

LOCATIONS:
BDL Elementary School

Blacksburg Elementary School

QUALIFICATIONS:          
1.  Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and an add-on certification for Literacy Coach
    - or -
2. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and actively participating in the SCDE Literacy Leader Institute or are actively pursuing the literacy coach endorsement by enrollment in an SCDE-approved program
    - or -
3.  Currently hold a Master’s Degree or higher in reading or a closely related field** and be pursuing the required qualifications in coaching
 
Salary:
$35/Hour

Length of Contract:
Four Week Program (4 days per week/hours per day to be determined)

Employment Dates: 
June 3, 2024 - June 27, 2024 (2 PD days in May) plus 2 additional days of SRC
